If you or your child are struggling with difficult emotions, such as anxiety or grief... if you are struggling to cope with change and transition, I'm here to help you find your way. I offer a free initial consultation; so, if you are still wondering, if we're a good fit, please feel free to book a consultation with me.

In these challenging times, anyone might find it difficult to cope at some point. Anger, sadness, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Though emotional responses are normal, sometimes they are espressed in problematic ways. Through counselling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and restored relationship. It's okay to ask for help!
Children are impacted by what's going on around them too! Some children are more resillient than others. Sometimes, kids say or appear to be "fine" but you aren't quite sure. If your child is struggling with family changes, or you are wondering how they are coping, please contact us and explore services available to chilren, or in support of your parenting role.
Many individuals can experience difficulty associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger beyond traumatic events. We can help you integrate difficult memories and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
